We’re thrilled to announce that our wonderful MD, Rob Shaw, is joining the panel for Barnsley and Rotherham Chamber’s International Women’s Day.
Hosted as part of the Chamber’s Independent Women’s Day programme, the #GivetoGain panel promises open, honest and thought-provoking discussion around the issues that continue to shape women’s experiences in business and beyond.
The panel will deliver insight on a range of important topics, including:
- The gender pay gap
- Women in leadership and board representation
- Access to funding for female founders
- Flexible working and the motherhood penalty
- Violence and harassment against women
- Mentorship and allyship
- Breaking down barriers in male-dominated industries
While huge progress has been made, there’s no denying there’s still work to do – and events like this are all about moving the dial forward through real conversations and practical action.
Rob will be joining a fantastic line-up including Ava Jones, Dr Marie Tidball MP, Allie Dransfield and Megan Roberts at the Chamber’s International Women’s Day 2026 event.
