We recruit for temporary, permanent and contract roles across office support, accountancy & finance, sales, IT, creative/digital and industrial.

A day in the life…
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll:
- Source, screen, and interview candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and our CRM
- Write engaging job adverts that attract the right talent
- Build trusted relationships with candidates and clients alike
- Take job briefs, manage vacancies, and coordinate interviews
- Support candidates through the recruitment journey – from application to job offer
- Work closely with marketing to promote vacancies and employer brands
Who are we looking for?
You don’t need recruitment experience – but you do need to be:
- A confident communicator who thrives around people
- Organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities
- Commercially aware and naturally curious about business
- Comfortable using digital platforms like LinkedIn, CRMs, and job boards
- Motivated by results and driven to hit goals
- A car driver with a full UK driving licence
