We’re absolutely thrilled to share some exciting news – we’ve been shortlisted in not one, but two categories at this year’s Barnsley and Rotherham Business Awards 2025!
For those of you who don’t know, the awards, organised by Barnsley & Rotherham Chamber and sponsored by Barnsley College, are one of the region’s biggest business events.
We’re talking the Oscars of Rotherham – a lot fewer famous actors there, but the same amount of dancing!
We say fewer actors, but that doesn’t stop the appearance of big stars! This year’s awards are being hosted by Colin MacLachlan, SAS veteran and best-selling author and former SAS: Who Dares Wins instructor!
Last year, we were absolutely delighted to win our very first award – the Excellence in Customer Service Award. This recognition meant the world to us, as we put so much time, care and effort into delivering the very best experience for our clients.
On top of that, we were honoured to be highly commended in the Commitment to People Development Award, which was another proud moment for our team.

Business Person of the Year – Our MD, Rob Shaw
We couldn’t be prouder that our very own Managing Director, Rob, has been shortlisted for Business Person of the Year.
Rob is more than just our leader – he’s our mentor, our biggest cheerleader, our supporter, and our friend. His dedication, energy and tireless work ethic inspire us every single day, so to see him recognised for such a prestigious award makes us so proud.
Commitment to People Development Award
Alongside Rob’s recognition, we’re honoured to be finalists for the Commitment to People Development Award – a category that truly reflects who we are as a business.
For us, recruitment is never just about numbers – it’s about people, growth and potential. We believe in helping every individual become the best version of themselves.
Looking ahead
The countdown to awards night is officially on, and we can’t wait to celebrate alongside so many other fantastic businesses from across Barnsley and Rotherham.
