Why should I register with a recruitment agency?
  • We help support you with every step of your job search from initial advice on your CV through to support in the interview process and handling salary/package negotiations on your behalf. We work with the top employers across the region and have access to exclusive vacancies that you may not see online. As well as alerting you to suitable jobs, we are also a proactive agency and confidentially market your skills and experience to employers in and out of our network to generate exclusive opportunities for you.
How much does it cost for your help in finding me a role?

Nothing at all. Job seekers do not pay for our recruitment service.

What types of roles do you recruit for?
  • We specialise in office support, sales, creative/digital, IT and warehouse/driving roles from entry to senior level, both temporary and permanent. At times we recruit for roles outside of these sectors, and it’s always worth a conversation.
Who companies/industries do you recruit for?
  • We recruit across all industries and business sizes mainly across the Sheffield City Region – Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and in the East Midlands. However, some of our clients have locations nationally and internationally and assist with those too.
What support do you offer candidates looking for a new job?
  • CV advice, Interview advice, Market data on available vacancies, salary levels and industries that are recruiting. We assist with the handling of job offer negotiations and ensure that post placement you are settling nicely into your new role.
What roles do you currently have available?
  • All our available temporary and permanent jobs can be accessed on our job board.
How quickly can you find me a new job?
  • We aim to meet with you and understand your career to date and aspirations as quickly as possible. We are an efficient, quality driven recruitment agency and it could just be that when you register with us, we have the perfect job(s) currently available. Alternatively, from there we take new jobs from employers daily and will keep you updated with potential matches. As well as alerting you to suitable jobs, we are also a proactive agency and confidentially market your skills and experience to employers in and out of our network to generate exclusive opportunities for you.
Can you help write my CV?
  • Yes, this is an area that we support all our registered candidates with. Seeing CV’s every day we can advise you on the best ways for your CV to stand out and assist with tailoring your CV for vacancies that you apply for. We also have a CV template that you can access for free.
Can I register with more than one recruitment agency?
  • Yes, and we advise this especially if we don’t have a suitable role for you as other recruitment agencies will have access to different employers vacancies. We suggest ideally registering with no more than 3 recruitment agencies to avoid any duplication of interest in the same role/employer.

Why should I use a recruitment agency to fill my vacancy rather than doing it myself?

We also offer a replacement/rebate scheme should the placement not work out on either side, giving you peace of mind that any post placement issues will be handled.

  • We have over 22,000 candidates on our bespoke database and access to over 50,000 candidates locally. We also have access to headhunt databases for more specific roles.

  • We recruit across all industries and business sizes mainly across the Sheffield City Region – Sheffield, Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley and in the East Midlands. However, some of our clients have locations nationally and internationally and assist with those too.
What are the charges for your recruitment services?
  • We aren’t a ‘one size fits all’ recruitment agency and have packages available to suit all budgets. Depending on your requirements we build bespoke packages for each individual client.
How quickly can you find candidates?
  • We aim to meet with you and understand your business and requirements as quickly as possible, on site and can do this on the same day if you have availability. We are an efficient, quality driven recruitment agency that produce results. Our consultants aim to have suitably matched CV’s with you within 3 days of taking your vacancy. Our average time from taking a vacancy to filling it is 5 days. Throughout the process you will have regular communication and statistics on the search for your perfect match.
What other services do you offer?
  • As you outsource the whole recruitment process to us, we take care of everything from start to finish and work in partnership with you to meet your end goal of finding your perfect match. As well as our end-to-end recruitment service we provide valuable market advice on candidate availability, salaries and benefits packages to ensure that you’re offering is competitive. We manage salary and package negotiations on your behalf and communicate with the candidate through their notice period.

We care about the stick of the placement and offer post placement support and assistance with employee retention techniques. We offer consultancy services where our people can work within your business and advise and support on your current recruitment processes, looking to add value and improvement for future hires. 

We also offer useful advice from fellow professionals in across all industries in our monthly UNetwork meetings, giving businesses in the region the opportunity to learn from each other and assist with any challenges they may be facing, or any changes in policy or legislation which may affect their business. It’s a great opportunity to network too and we encourage and facilitate introductions.
