The search
Our role is to cast the net wide to attract and speak to as many potential candidates as possible. This could be through the vacancy advertisement or extensive candidate searching through different means.

Interviews
Prior to the interview you will have received all suitable CV’s with supporting information giving you a rounded view of the candidates experience and suitability. We will arrange interviews with shortlisted candidates at a time and location suited to you.

Handling feedback and offers
Following the interview we will take feedback from the candidates and yourself. At this point we act as an intermediary and assist in the next steps, being a 2nd interview, handling the job offer and letting any un-successful applicants know.

Post campaign partnership
When your new recruit starts we will check in with you both to ensure that the placement is progressing as planned and we will be on hand to offer any additional support.
