    Role:

    • To proactively search, identify and interview suitable candidates for client vacancies through resourcing and interviews
    • Continuously search, identify and interview candidates for clients through a variety of resourcing methods to proactively support in their job search
    • Build & develop relationships with clients and candidates face to face, over the telephone and email
    • Build an understanding of your clients, their industry, what they do, their work culture and environment and what they look for in a recruitment partner
    • Use sales, business development, marketing techniques and networking to develop a database of active clients and candidates
    • Regularly account manage your clients and candidates providing regular updates, feedback and consultative advice
    • Offer and advise the client on our suite of recruitment solutions for their campaign, honestly, consultatively and collaboratively selecting the best method for them
    • To take detailed job requirements from clients both face to face and over the telephone
    • Advertise vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media to attract appropriate candidates
    • Structure your working day/ week to include client management, business development and sales calls to meet and or exceed agreed KPI’s and targets.
    • Manage and support our candidates through the recruitment process, briefing the candidate regarding responsibilities, salary, benefits of the vacancy and company culture and assisting with interview preparation
    • Schedule interviews and handle feedback from both candidates and clients
    • To proactively market our candidates to existing and new clients
    • Provide advice to both client and candidates on the current recruitment marketplace
    • Other ad hoc duties as required

    The successful candidate:

    We are open to hearing from candidates with and without recruitment industry experience. If you have the right attitude and willingness to learn we can teach you the ropes. We’ve had a lot of success with candidates from retail, sales and customer service backgrounds. You will be self-motivated, and have results and a customer focus at the heart of everything you do.

    You will have a real passion for delivering the best candidate and client experience through unrivalled quality of service. You will be natural and confident in forming relationships internally and with our candidates and clients, creating long term partnerships.

    You will be quality driven with efficiency and results at the forefront of your mind. You will be confident on the telephone and face to face and keen to impress and further develop our recruitment offering across the Sheffield City Region.

    We are looking for a self-starter with a motivation for success. You will be confident in business-to-business sales through a variety of techniques and be comfortable working to KPI’s. You will have experience of producing results and achieving/exceeding targets.

    You will be experienced and proactive in using LinkedIn and will be a car driver with a full UK driving license.

    The Job Role:

    Glu Recruit Ltd seek to appoint a motivated and dynamic Strategic Partnerships Executive to join our team to assist in help with growing and developing new business that fits within our strategic business plan.

    As a specialist sales or business development professional, you will have a real passion for delivering the best client experience through an unrivalled quality of service and delivery. You’ll be natural and confident in forming relationships with a focus on creating long term partnerships.

    You’ll be quality driven with efficiency and results at the forefront of your mind. You’ll be confident on the telephone and face to face and keen to impress and further develop our recruitment offering across the Sheffield City Region and beyond.

    Reporting directly into the Director, this busy and fast paced role will see you work on a multitude of projects at any one time. This role requires someone who can work as part of a fast-paced team but can also work autonomously and in high pressured environments.

    Main Responsibilities

    • In conjunction with the Director, develop and implement the companies B2B sales strategy predominantly across the Sheffield City Region.
    • Increase company revenue by hitting and exceeding sales objectives and KPI’s each quarter.
    • Identify, establish contact, and develop relationships with new potential customers and 3rd party providers.
    • With the support of the Director, drive the sales process from prospect to close, negotiating and closing commercial contracts.
    • Support the Director in the creation and execution of sales forecasts, budgets, and pipelines.
    • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, prospects, and customers to maximise sales revenue and customer satisfaction.
    • Develop and maintain a network of professional contacts and represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and social/fundraising events.
    • Account management providing regular updates, feedback, and consultative advice.
    • With support from the Director, drive increased ROI and market share.
    • Support the Director in the running of the companies’ events calendar including UNetwork and Office Heroes.

    The successful candidate:

    • A track record of new business development and account management within a B2B market.
    • Previous experience of working towards sales targets and KPIs.
    • Experience in establishing a strong sales pipeline using methods such as sales call, emails, sales CRM/database, face to face meetings, LinkedIn.
    • Experience of attending networking events, exhibitions, and work-related events is highly desirable.
    • Excellent communications skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
    • The ability to organise and prioritise workload effectively.
    • Commercial awareness and the ability to understand target audiences.
    • A self-starter, ideas person with the ability to self-critique and be reflective.
    • Competent English language skills, written and spoken.
    • You will be a car driver with a full UK driving license.
