Role: CNC Lead Setter
Salary: up to £34,476 per annum
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday-Thursday 6am-4.15pm

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced CNC Lead setter to ensure that all work procedures are adhered to in a safe manner whilst maintaining a high quality of work, working towards set deadlines and targets in the most efficient and productive way.
Duties within the role include:
- To be able to program Mazak and Mori Seiki CNC machinery
- To set and operate CNC machines with Mazatrol and Fanuc controls
- To work to customer specifications with minimum supervision once trained
- To work to tight tolerances and be responsible for your own work ensuring the highest quality is maintained at all times
- To work to your own initiative and understand the manufacturing process
- Report any tooling requirements to your immediate supervisor
- Keep a clean and manageable working area
- To take responsible approach to Health, Safety and Environmental risks in relation to your own job role and to control the risks or report them to management as appropriate
- Ability to identify hazards
