Role: Insolvency Administrator
Salary: DOE
Location: Sheffield
Hours: Monday-Friday

Our client is a market leading professional services provider operating across the UK and Channel Islands. They deliver positive strategic advice across restructuring and insolvency, funding, and law.
Duties include:
- Managing own caseload of corporate insolvency cases from inception to closure
- Driving case progression and statutory reporting (Conduct Returns, Progress Reports, Final Accounts)
- Liaising with clients, creditors, Directors, employees and other stakeholders
- Entering information onto the case management system and maintaining case diaries within the system
- Working independently and as part of a team as required
- Conducting investigations into the conduct of Directors and the affairs of the company
- Having responsibility for additional ad hoc tasks as required
Successful candidate: –
- A candidate with a GCSE grades C or above in Maths and English PLUS A-levels OR a recent graduate with a finance related degree – finance/accounting/mathematics/economics OR a candidate with experience in the insolvency industry
- Good numeracy and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible attitude with an ability to be adaptable
- Excellent team player
- Strong organisational skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and be proactive
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- As the role requires analysis and preparation of financial data, an accountancy or insolvency qualification would be desirable but is not essential
