“Most employers have their ‘formulas’ and ‘ways of doing things’ when it comes to selection processes, but how many times have you secretly crossed your fingers behind your back and hoped ‘this is the right person’…..?

How will they get on with their work? What is their motivation? Preferred communication style? How should they be managed to get the best out of them? How will they fare with their colleagues? Will they rub their boss up the wrong way?
