The independent judging panel, featuring the Lord Mayor of Sheffield, last year’s winner, and a range of local business leaders from the Sheffield City Region, debated a high number of nominations to choose their final shortlist of ten.

The ten finalists who are invited to attend the awards ceremony, taking place at the Leopold Hotel in Sheffield on Friday 3rd December are as follows:

  • Alexandra Mamantzi – Barnsley College
  • Sharon Heeley – Copelands
  • Hayley Gray – Crystal Clean Service
  • Lesley Murray – Electrical Safety UK
  • George Hill – Killis
  • Teresa Mansell – Highlander Computing Solutions
  • Curtis Parker – Sheffield Mutual
  • Ann Wall – Showroom Workstation
  • Emily Smith – UniHomes
  • Emma Harrison – Whyy Change?
